Important Update: Effective March 23, 2026

Dear valued clients,

Rate changes
Effective October 1, 2025, my individual therapy rates will be updated to $150 to reflect my advanced qualifications and specialised training.

Honouring current clients
As a token of appreciation for your continued trust, all current clients will maintain their existing rates through December 31, 2025. This allows time to plan for the transition while maintaining continuity in your therapeutic work. My MFFS agency referral rate remains unchanged.

MFFS agency rates are held for up to 6 sessions, after which we can revisit and adjust as needed.

Accessibility remains important
Sliding scale fees will continue to be available for clients who need financial accommodation. Please don’t hesitate to bring this up if it would be helpful.

If you have any questions about these changes or would like to talk about how my additional training may support your therapeutic goals, please feel free to raise this in session.
