Important Update: Service Rates Effective October 1, 2025

Dear valued clients,

I’m happy to share some professional updates with you. I have recently become a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and completed my EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) training.

Rate changes
Effective October 1, 2025, my individual therapy rates will be updated to $150 to reflect my advanced qualifications and specialised training.

Honouring current clients
As a token of appreciation for your continued trust, all current clients will maintain their existing rates through December 31, 2025. This allows time to plan for the transition while maintaining continuity in your therapeutic work. My MFFS agency referral rate remains unchanged.

MFFS agency rates are held for 10 sessions, after which we can revisit and adjust as needed.

Accessibility remains important
Sliding scale fees will continue to be available for clients who need financial accommodation. Please don’t hesitate to bring this up if it would be helpful.
