Important Update: Service Rates Effective October 1, 2025

Dear Valued Clients,

I'm excited to share some important professional updates with you. I have recently become a registered psychotherapist (qualifying) with the CRPO and will be completing the final stages of my EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) training this October. These credentials enable me to offer you enhanced therapeutic services.

Rate Changes:

Effective October 1, 2025, my individual therapy rates will be updated to reflect my advanced qualifications and specialized training.

Honoring Current Clients:

As a token of appreciation for your continued trust, all current clients will maintain their existing rates through December 31, 2025. This gives you time to plan for the transition while ensuring continuity in your therapeutic journey. My MFFS agency referral rate remains unchanged.

Accessibility Remains Important:

Sliding scale fees will continue to be available for those who need financial accommodation. Please don't hesitate to discuss this option if it would be helpful.
