Shifting the Patterns That Keep You Stuck

Many of the ways we think, feel, and respond developed for a reason. Together, we'll explore the patterns behind anxiety, trauma, relationships, and life's challenges with curiosity, compassion, and evidence-informed care.

Why My Approach is Different

As a scientist-turned-therapist, I bring curiosity, evidence-informed care, and compassion to every session.

Rather than asking, "What's wrong with you?" I ask:

"What happened, and what makes sense about the patterns you're experiencing?"

Because when we understand the "why," new possibilities begin to emerge.

Do Any of These Patterns Feel Familiar?

Sometimes the struggles we experience are connected to deeper patterns that have developed over time.

You may find yourself:

  • Overthinking, worrying, or feeling stuck in your thoughts

  • Putting others' needs before your own and struggling with boundaries

  • Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or burned out

  • Repeating relationship patterns you want to understand

  • Being highly self-critical or feeling like you're never enough

  • Struggling with big emotions or feeling disconnected from yourself

  • Carrying past experiences that still impact your life today

  • Wanting to better understand yourself and why you respond the way you do

Together, we’ll explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while building practical tools to support you as you move forward.

A Scientist's Curiosity. A Therapist's Compassion.

Understanding is the first step toward meaningful change.

Many of us already recognize our patterns, yet still feel stuck in them. Together, we’ll explore not only where these patterns came from, but why they continue and how to create new ways of responding.
