Investment in Your Healing
Standard rate: $150 per 50-minute session
Sliding scale:
I offer a limited number of reduced-fee spots to support clients with financial needs. During our free consultation, we can talk about what feels sustainable for you and what options are available.
Insurance:
Many insurance plans include coverage for counselling or psychotherapy, but benefits vary. I recommend checking your coverage directly with your provider. I can help you with the right wording to ask, and, where possible, I can offer direct billing for select plans. If direct billing isn’t available, I’ll provide a receipt you can submit for reimbursement.

Free consultation: The 15-minute consult is for information only. It does not create a therapeutic relationship or count as counselling.
Rates: Pricing may change over time. Current rates will be confirmed at booking or during your consultation.
Cancellation policy: 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.
Virtual sessions: Sessions are held through a secure video platform. Please ensure a stable internet connection and a private space.
Consent: By booking, you confirm you understand that counselling is not a substitute for medical or psychiatric care and that you are choosing to participate voluntarily.
