Compassionate Mental Health Support

Slidng Scale Session Fees

My standard rate is $125 per 50-minute session. I believe everyone deserves access to quality counseling, so I offer sliding scale fees ranging from $50-$125 based on your individual needs and circumstances.

During our free 15-minute consultation, we can discuss what works best for your situation. My goal is to ensure cost isn't a barrier to getting the support you need.

Paents-Working with Children and Teens Important notes

When working with children and teens, I begin with a parent intake to understand your child's needs and your family's goals. This collaborative approach ensures we're all working together to support your child's growth and healing. Occasionally, family sessions may be recommended as part of supporting your child's growth.

What feels like a “problem“ today was likely a solution that helped you survive something difficult. We'll look at why your mind developed these patterns and what they were protecting you from. Together, we'll use these insights to build better tools and forge a new path forward.

Until you make the unconscious conscious , it will direct your life and you will call it fate
— Carl Jung

Thoughts that guide my practice.

New paths are made by walking, not wishing.

Real change requires movement, not just understanding. While we'll explore your patterns and story, we'll also focus on building practical skills you can use every day. Every pattern tells a story. Let’s take the next step together to build your path forward.

Traveller there is no path, the path is made by walking.
— Antonio Machado

I believe therapy works best when we collaborate to understand your unique story and build practical skills for change. Drawing from attachment theory, DBT, parts work, coherence therapy, and polyvagal theory, I create a personalized approach that honors both your past patterns and your potential for growth.

Together, we'll explore what's been holding you back and develop tools to move you forward on your path
