Where Science of the Mind Meets Heart-Centered Care

Hi, I'm Judith.

My science background taught me to be curious about how things work - especially the intricate connections between our minds, bodies, history, and how we've adapted to life's experiences. As a counsellor, I believe your patterns and struggles make perfect sense when we understand the many factors and elements that have shaped you. Shifts can happen when we explore your unique story together and build tools that honor both your nervous system and your lived experience.
